Steps to participate in Hepius's ecosystem:

  1. User enters height, weight, and gender to create NFT Avatar as your profile.

  2. Users will give the desire with Hepius AI. Hepius Ai will give you Workout Plan and Diet Plan for day, week and month.

  3. Head to the workout while wearing your smartwatch or device that measures your calorie, heartbeat then launch the Hepius app on your smartphone.

  4. Users complete the challenge to upgrade NFT and receive tokens.
